EGGS
Eggs are one of the most common causes of food allergies, and they can be quite tricky to avoid. Not only are eggs used in many food products, but they can also be found in non-food items like cosmetics or even vaccines. Symptoms can occur from ingesting or just touching eggs. Additionally, some people may experience a reaction to just the egg yolk, egg whites, or both. Unfortunately, eggs can be hidden in foods that you might not expect, making them difficult to identify and avoid.
