AAT Treatment Method
RAPID SYSTEMS RECONDITIONING®
Rapid Systems Reconditioning® is the core treatment method used within Advanced Allergy Therapeutics (AAT). It focuses on calming defensive stress responses in the body by working directly with the nervous system pathways that influence organ function and symptom expression. When the body perceives something as a threat—whether real or perceived—it can enter a heightened “fight or flight” state. Over time, this defensive state can become associated with otherwise harmless substances, contributing to ongoing reactivity and symptoms.
During an AAT session, a practitioner applies gentle, precision-based pressure along specific points on both sides of the spine. These points correspond to pathways of the sympathetic nervous system, which plays a central role in regulating the body’s stress response and its communication with the organ systems. Rather than using needles, Rapid Systems Reconditioning® utilizes acupressure to influence these pathways in a non-invasive and pain-free manner.
At the same time, a digital signal representing the item being addressed is introduced to the body through a treatment cuff. Because calming point stimulation and signal exposure occur simultaneously, the nervous system and associated organ systems are given the opportunity to shift out of a defensive state while interacting with the stimulus. This coordinated process supports a reconditioning effect, allowing the body to respond more appropriately instead of defaulting to stress or overreaction. This process is referred to as Rapid Systems Reconditioning®.
From a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective, the points used during Rapid Systems Reconditioning® align with the Huatuojiaji acupuncture points, a series of paraspinal points that have been used for centuries to influence the function of internal organ systems. These points are segmentally related to specific organs and have traditionally been used to address stress, imbalance, and dysfunction within those systems.
From a modern physiological standpoint, these same paraspinal areas lie in close proximity to the sympathetic chain ganglia, which serve as key communication hubs between the nervous system and the visceral organs. This anatomical relationship provides a neurophysiological basis for how calming stimulation along the spine can influence organ-related stress responses. By working through both perspectives, Rapid Systems Reconditioning® supports a coordinated shift in nervous system activity that helps reduce defensive patterns affecting organ function and symptom expression.
By reducing defensive nervous system activity and calming associated organ systems, the body can function with less interference and greater balance. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, Rapid Systems Reconditioning® addresses underlying stress patterns that may contribute to ongoing reactivity. This non-invasive approach supports overall health and wellness and is performed by trained AAT practitioners as part of a personalized treatment process.
